We visited Bulgari Rome and absolutely loved it. I’m so glad they now have a location in Rome! The staff are super professional, eager and well trained- as you would expect. After visiting Bulgari Dubai, I wanted to specifically try the chocolate/pastry shop in Rome. They were not yet open, but a wonderful staff member, Alexandra I think her name was, went out of her way to ask the director and escorted us personally to the shop with my Daughter. Will definitely return and recommend!

Went for a drink with a few friends. Some of the staff were really nice like Patrizio while the others looked like they werent happy being at work. Nevertheless, I dont think any staff member should treat guests in anyway except professionally and I really hope for the sake of your brand name that this gets fixed.

Highly impressed by this hotel. The staff is all friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, especially Lorrenzo. The hotel itself is stunning, with a very modern yet elegant style. Attention to detail is paid to almost all aspects of the rooms and grounds, which are finished with top-of-the-line fixtures and furnishings. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop with a garden overlooking the city with a bar as well as multiple restaurants (one with a chef that has earned three Michelin stars). If you want a small, private, and quiet hotel with exceptional service, this is perfect for you.

During our recent visit to Rome, my colleagues and I stumbled upon the breathtaking BVLGARI hotel and decided to stop by its amazing terrace for a relaxing aperitivo. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive Leonardo. He was fantastic and stood out with his genuine warmth and welcoming approach.
What impressed us most was Leonardo’s unmatched attentiveness. despite a crowded terrace.
In all aspects our experience was magnificent. From the genuine warm to the hospitality and the captivating surroundings it really exceeded our expectations.
Thank you Leonardo for an unforgettable evening!
A Testament to Timeless Elegance and Impeccable Service
Stepping into the new Bulgari Hotel in Rome is like being embraced by an epitome of timeless elegance, where every design detail whispers luxury and tradition. The architectural aesthetics seamlessly blend the rich history of Rome with a modern, yet warm sophistication that enthralls from the moment you step in. The restaurants here are nothing short of a culinary celebration. The variety is commendable with offerings that span from classic Italian to exquisite Asian breakfasts, every dish is a narrative of taste and tradition.
The pool area is nothing short of a masterpiece, it’s akin to swimming in a finely crafted piece of art. The inclusivity of the hotel is notable as our furry companion was not only welcomed, but treated with the kindness and respect that a family member deserves. The staff’s attentiveness made our stay memorable, but it was their genuine warmth that stole our hearts.
Our rejuvenating journey at the spa was transcendent, with Xenia displaying an unparalleled mastery in therapy. Her hands worked magic that resonated through body and soul, truly a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation.
The concierge, Benedetta, is the epitome of professionalism and charm. Her impeccable arrangements for our arrival and the insightful recommendations enriched our Roman holiday. The Gladiator School experience she arranged for our kids was not just a hit but a memory they will cherish forever.
The diligence and grace of the housekeeping staff is laudable. Their attention to detail made our rooms an abode of comfort and cleanliness. It’s astonishing to witness such a harmonious operation in a hotel that’s only been open for a few months. The dedication and expertise of the entire team is manifest in every corner of this magnificent hotel.
The Bulgari Hotel Rome isn’t just a stay but an experience that etches beautiful memories into the heart. The meticulous care in service, the enchanting ambiance and the sumptuous offerings make it an emblem of hospitality. Every aspect of our stay was not just met, but exceeded with grace and excellence. This hotel has not only set a new benchmark in luxury hospitality but has also created a timeless narrative that we can’t wait to be part of again.
