Excellent atmosphere at the hotel. We came to India for treatment away from home. The entire staff care and support has made it very easy for us to go through. Food is yummy. Staff very supportive and caring. Thank you all. Especially Mr. Suraj and Mr Sanjeev.

The property is ok and the service is also not bad. The only drawback is the location as its near the under construction flyover so thr is lot of traffic. The area around the hotel is also not safe as a Liquor shop is in the hotel premises which makes not a safe zone to venture out at night especially for women.

Very good hotel. Maybe deserves 4stars. A couple of points to note: 1. If you are staying for a long period, the food will become repetitive as the buffet option is limited and doesn't change. 2. The floor in the room is marble and has no carpeting which may mean it will be too cold to walk on, especially in winters.

Hotel is not Good at all but the staff is good and the hospitality they gave is awesome the only draw back is Room quality ... very shabby and not maintained at all.. How long the staff can run when hotel is not maintained... One more wonder is there that in the hotel there is 20 Inch LCD for God sake who use it nowadays ...

Amenities are good if you're on a official visit but I won't suggest you this place for being with family. Rooms are particularly cramped for space and even after paying premium the morning buffet is average at best. Plus location is also on the outer side so there's that as well.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is cooperative. They got all the facilities that you require for staying in a amazing hotel and it’s not that heavy in the pocket. They food is really nice you get a good ambience of staying here. But the only thing they need to work on is like sometimes the ac of there rooms doesn’t work they need to work on that. After that it’s all Amazing to stay. I would recommend it that you stay there and enjoy ur stay in Delhi over here.

Good hotel, but honestly I do not think it is a 4 star which was mentioned in one of the Google reviews I happened to read. Food is about OK, rooms are clean, bathrooms and switches are functional, passages are tidy, service too is prompt. However, as the team is not backed by a big brand, there can be instances where guests may face inconsistencies. So, if you are making a booking, please consider, in case you have an overnight trip to Delhi, then everything may be fine, else you may have to push staff for performance too

Good hotel with reasonable rates. I stayed in Rs. 3k per night including breakfast and buffet dinner. Dinner doesn't have many options but it is ok.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilet is okay but cleanliness can be improved. Overall the services are good.

The room is top class. Perfect place to relax in Rohini. Easy access to your needs even drinks. AC works sweetly, Tv connection is good, hot water 24x7, clean rooms and well arranged on return, A little laid back room service, good food taste and warm hearted reception.

For Medium budget good hotel, food is fine but service is little slow , also located within reach of Metro Station.

A medium budget hotel which is ideal stay for frequent travellers. Location is very near to Shalimar bagh metro station. Road connectivity is hardly walking distance. Rooms are fresh and clean. Hotel staff is helpful. Food is freak and delicious. Overall a good place to stay.

It was a good experience. Cleanliness and tidiness were adequately taken care of. The rooms were adequate and well furnished with the expected stuff/furniture, as well as a table and a lamp. The washrooms too were well maintained. The visit left me impressed.

Excellent bigger rooms & washroom, also conference room is available near restaurant on 2nd floor. The food served in breakfast and dinner is awesome is nice with variety. Only negative the restaurant staff needs to handle refills quickly and service needs to be improved.

Average Hotel 😩 High cost 💵💵, Look for alternatives

1. Room is very small even for a single occupant. It reminds you of Hotels where charges are ₹500-750 per night.
2. TV provided is just useless. The screen is too small and half of the channels are not subscribed.
3. Pillows and Bedsheet is not tidy enough. You can easily spot the dirt marks.
4. Not able to connect to Wi-Fi.

This is the finest hotel in new delhi ,it has every suitable relaxing rooms ,the manager and the room servants did their job as per we required ,the food was time to time all of the above the shalimar Bagh hotel is my favorite hotel .

It's OK. But good as it's vegetarian and good for family functions. Rooms are small but good.

This is a large area mall comprising huge parking space and lots of banquet halls for functions costing very reasonable prices. Food quality with snacks is brilliant, but dinner is something you have think upon. Same sort of gravy thickness(liquid) with clean halls and even 3 adjacent wine shops open till 10pm. It's just opposite to aggarwal place(near haider pur metro station). If it's a gathering of 100-150 people it's a best option. Also a 3 star hotel stays with luxury services provided. Overall premier inning has all sort of connectivity .

Well cleaned accommodation. Well furnished and well maintained room.. Friendly staff behaviour.

Location is good. Decent sized room. Housekeeping was very poor. We just checked in and found there was no soap in shower, only one towel provided, housekeeping may or may not pick the phone.
There was some constant obnoxious smell in the corridors.
Big room......for improvement.

Also at the time of weddings and other functions, they play really loud music which is quite disturbing whichever room you are staying in.
At the times of these functions the are a lot of guests and families who keep roaming through the corridors making all sorts of noises.

A good hotel. Nice gym. Tasty food. Really nice staff apart of the reception guys who obviously have problems with women. No basic respect.. Really sorry to write that here because the rest od staff is really nice and helpfull. The other minus are the weddings held at the hotel. They are really loud, people are running througt the corridors and yealing at night weaking up the quests that are sleeping. Both times I've stayed there it happened.

We had arranged our dayghter's wedding ceremony stay in this hotel for two days. The whole staff helped us in each and every way possible. Really glad to choose this hotel for our stay. This time I stayed with my parents and staff was even more cooperative and jovial. Recently during our stay the hotel changed their Menu, which not only touched my taste-buds but also pampered my heart and comfort the soul..

Its a business hotel with all the required basic amenities. There is no swimming pool but has small gym. Food is good, rooms are well maintained but service is OK. Poor location makes it not sought after place except for special occasions.

It was nice but didn't look fantastic. Nothing bad but nothing mentionable too. Went for a marriage reception and it was good for the purpose.

Amit got married here nice arrangements. Pure veg food and tasty too.
