I stayed on the 9th floor. The accommodations were average though the air conditioner didn't work so well. The staff was friendly though we didn't interact much. For the price, I expected a nicer room. Next time I'm in Buffalo I will look for a cheaper hotel but I didn't mind staying at Adam's Mark. The breakfast in the morning was quite good. There was someone making omelettes which was a nice treat. Overall I had a good experience though I wish it cost a little less.

Hotel service was great, food was delicious and staff were great, Adam who served us dinner and drinks later was awesome and a real asset to the hotel. Hotel needs updating but that is going to happen with new ownership. I look forward to future visits here to see what I am sure will be an amazing transformation.

Adam's Mark has been sold recently and there some exciting renovations planned. The Adam's Mark is certainly tired, but it's a great location with good amenities; fitness center, pool, restaurants, and bar, plus a ton of ballroom space for events. Will be interesting to see what happens over the next few months and if the planned improvements merit a higher rating. There's nothing really bad now, but it needs a facelift.

We stayed at this hotel on 07/29 for one night. This room was booked by our tour organizer. We were supposed to leave to Boston as part of our tour itinerary. However due to some issues with the tour guide, we had to get off the bus and stranded at hotel without a room and bus. Front desk office watched what happened between us and tour guide. Once the bus left, entire staff and managers very kind in allowing us to stay in Lobby. Offered us coffee and water to all. They were very kind and they were with us till we got our rental car and ensured we can safely travel to our destination. Thank you very much for entire staff and manager over there.

Stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago. Our rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. On Saturday the front desk was very busy, but they had it under control. Our t.v. wasn't working properly but Charles the manager was on top of it. You should get passes to go to Coco keys water park conveniently located inside the hotel. The kids loved it.

You get the sense that it was a really nice property at some point but they are struggling to keep it up. The beds were really nice but everything else seemed a little dated and in some stage of needing maintenance. You also don’t get the sense they devote a lot of resources to staffing. Great location but this once grand hotel has gone down hill over the years. Bus trip groups overwhelm the elevators (only 2 of 4 work) and the restaurant is poor. I keep coming back because the wonderful Buffalo waterfront is just a short walk behind the hotel. Great for walking, running, biking, outdoor music or just relaxing.

Nice staff and rooms clean. Breakfast bar limited choices. I have had better at Hampton Inn for free. Facility needs a general update such as carpets and wall paper in common areas. Broken chair in room. Wall paper pealing in bathroom. A/C worked extra well throughout the hotel a jacket was needed.

Hotel that adds the feel good factor.. Impressive exterior and interior... Well decorated and maintained property.. Clean rooms.. I only stayed one night but I didnt find anything which is out of place.. Free breakfast was another positive point..

Mary Elizabeth is the lifeline of the reception. She is warm, cordial and cooperative. When the hotel failed to keep up their promise of alloting rooms on the same floor for our family, she, with her amazing management skills, jumped to save our experience by compensating in a proper professional fashion. Her colleague Janet or Janel (M not sure about her name) too was very warm, welcoming and dapper. I recommend to look for these lovely ladies, should you have any problem there. The hotel overall is recommended.

Comfortable and cozy place.

The breakfast options are limited so probably it won't be worth paying for the breakfast buffet separately.

We stayed for just a night and came in pretty late so couldn't find many dinner options around. Ended up ordering through dominos.

It's conveniently located for people taking the bus out of Buffalo. The Buffalo bus stop is just 10 minutes away by walking. The waterfront is also a 15 minute walk away.

Last week we won't or banquet at the Adam's Mark for the Northtown Pregnancy Center dinner. Their banquet room is gigantic for our dinner there were 475 attendees so you can imagine. The food was good the service was pretty good and I would recommend this to anybody who wants to find a location to have a large event at. The parking is more than ample and for our event the parking was free. So give them a try.

We have been here for 2 weeks for my husbands radiation treatment. The staff has been wonderful extremely helpful to us with directions and such...however, the elevators have done nothing but act up and the parking garages upper layer the pool is leaking into and it is in disrepair. Other than that our stay has been okay. Great location for people who are used to the City life as we are right downtown. Poor location if your like us and from the country and not very good at the city driving. I would recommend this hotel to someone though. Beds are comfy too!

This hotel is pricey but the location and high quality of the rooms make it worth it. I have stayed here twice when I was participating in the Nickel City Clogging Festival and I was not disappointed. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, polite and helpful staff, and stunning views of downtown Buffalo from the room's windows. The proximity to downtown is also a big draw and worth the extra money in my opinion. I will definitely be looking forward to my stay here next year for the 2019 Nickel City event!

Always have a great time here. Clean rooms and plenty of privacy. Reasonably priced and a decent distance to go where you need be. Sports, dinner and bars are not far away and can be walking distance of you don't mind. Otherwise it's a cheap ride through your favorite car service.

I was really impressed by Adam's Mark. I just concluded a conference meeting here and every detail arranged by the hotel turned out great. For instance, upon checking in, I got a small gift bag with a welcome letter, water and chocolate, items that helped me ease into the night. The room was also very clean and all amenities worked as expected. The staff changed the linen everyday.
Talk of staff, the hotel bar tender and waitresses were awesome too.
I highly recommend the hotel.

We arrived on Friday and received above and beyond service from Kim and her staff. John and Richard at the bar were amazing. This hotel knows how to treat there guests and there services and their food are amazing. Will definitely be back to this hotel and this is my new favorite spot in Buffalo.

In all honesty it's a wonderful hotel the staff is incredible and the rooms are cozy plus if you love to view the city at night? No problem just look out the window. The only downside is that the hotel could be a little cleaner and in need of some minor repairs mainly paint on the inside especially around the window on the 6th floor. Otherwise I love this hotel.

Cheap and clean hotel. All the basic needs covered. I had 2 rooms and they got us side by side so that was convenient. Great hotel for attending Buffalo on business.

Warning, this area closes down at 6pm on weekends. There is not a CVS or ANYTHING within 8 blocks open for snacks, smokes or booze. Come prepared.

Coming from Canada, I enjoyed my visit to Adam's Mark. The front desk was very kind and friendly, the hotel is big, it isn't anything brand new but it is clean. The room is spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The bathroom leaves much to be desired, the tub is at the back of the door which makes it awkward. Parking is $10 per night and did not include breakfast. It does come with free WiFi though. The location is convenient as around the corner is the freeway to other areas in Buffalo and also the peace bridge to get back to Canada. It's okay.

Parking is easy and $10 a night. The staff was very friendly. The bar area was inviting and the service was quick. The lobby looks great. Our room was well-appointed and clean as a whistle. Would definitely stay here again because the location is with walking distance of many things and easily accessible to the interstate.

Restaurant was great, bar was great, service and staff were great. Pricing was great. They had a parkimg garage so we were not worried about having anything stolen or anything like that. The only negative experience we had was that there was a brown stain on the sheets we had and it looked like some sort of bug in our bathtub. Overall great experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location. Free parking. Good price. Comfortable bed. Room clean. Downsides are low shower head height and you can hear people speak at normal voice in the rooms next to you.

Really like this hotel the front desk staff and van drivers are awesome. There is a feeling in the place that maybe the owners are not so interested but the staff makes it nice. Great workout room as well. Pool is indoor. Rooms are clean and nice. Would've given 5 start but restaurant is lacking as far as staff goes.

The hotel itself was very nice and had great amenities. The dining area and bar have a good variety of food and alcohol choices at all times of the day. The rooms were nice enough, my only complaint would be that the beds were smaller than the standard Queen sizes.

The hotel feels very comforting and inviting. One star was knocked due to the fact that many walks and surfaces look like they were in need of repainting/redoing. They have a nice athletic center, pool, and sauna along with a restaurant which I was unable to try. Service is great and they are very accommodating. There is a parking garage attached to hotel however there is an extra charge to park. Overall, I would go back.

We had a nice stay at Adam's Mark. The rooms were older but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and courteous, and the breakfast was good. It was definitely worth the price!

I'm spending the night for a wedding downtown and this place is really nice. I only live 20 minutes outside the city so we booked the room because of the lake effect storm warning we had. When I checked in the staff was helpful and the room was very clean

Adam''s Mark is in an excellent location with quick access to the key bank center, and a variety of restaurants. The pool and workout room are great. The rooms are a good size, they are clean and have a lot to offer as well. I recommend the Adam''s mark hotel to anyone going to Buffalo.

Great hotel, decent prices overall and good bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable and don’t have that typical humidity smell you get in some similar hotels. There are microwaves coffee makers and supplies provided in the rooms and the amenities (soap, lotion, shampoo) seem to have been carefully selected. Overall great for the prices and convenient location.

Just ok. The front desk staff pleasant, made sure my friend and I had rooms next to each other. The third floor also has the pool and workout area and a space that must be used for events that at the time of my stay was being occupied by children playing floor hockey with their parents watching on . So if you're looking for quiet that's not the floor for you. lots of traffic.
My room was clean but dated but no alarm clock or refrigerator, although my friend's room right next door had both items. I thought that was a bit odd. I mean no alarm clock. I don't always have my phone out. The bed was comfy though.
I stay here once a year for an event and for the price it is what it is. Certainly no bells or whistles and not a place I would recommend for an extended stay.

This hotel was surprisingly fantastic. The location is a bit wacky and parking process is underthought however. Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and orderly. Food at the bar was pretty good. And price was decent. Would stay again and recommend!

Rooms were clean and the location was great. We were celebrating and had a bottle of champagne that we wanted to drink. We were told we couldn't bring it down to the bar so we asked to have some flutes sent up to the room so we could drink it in the room. The flutes never arrived. Went down to the bar and explained the situation, the bartender notified us that there is a $15 fee to have anything brought up to the room. This wasn't expressed to us when we first called. Bartender was kind enough to let us borrow 4 flutes for free

Was there for a bridge tournament. Conference rooms are excellent. Spacious and well laid out. Plenty of parking. Great for large groups.

Room was old and gross. Paid $200 for a room that I would bet my life on someone else slept in those sheets the night before. The fountain in the parking lot was the nicest part of the hotel. Would of rather got a float from Wal Mart and slept in the fountain.

It's was the nicest hotel we have ever been to. Even if breakfast was not included. The beds we very comfortable! The hallway smelled really good and was too dark. Parking was only $10. And we could walk or take a cab to the Key Bank center. Cab ride was less then 10 with tip. I will definitely stay there again!

Van from the airport was timely and courteous. Waited for the rest of my people. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Nothing special in the rooms but a solid place to stay. Did not eat at the restaurant. There are also a couple places to eat around hotel but not much.

A grand ol hotel. We stayed three nights and they made us feel very at home. Hotel is located right downtown. Parking available, breakfast was good (extra money). Room was clean and nice, beds were nice conditions. Hotel will forever need updates to get itself modernized.

Excellent location. Very nice hotel if the fixtures are a little older. Parking is $10 a night. Only real complaint is that the pool has been too cold. Most rooms have double beds which are too small for us but the excellent staff went well out of their way to find a room that suited. That's enough to make me want to come back next time I'm in town.

Good location for the hockey game. Double room was great for four people. Room was clean. Lobby and venue is very nice. Could use some renovations; wallpaper was peeling in some spots.

Good location and nice inside. My Room was spacious and had the essentials. Only one elevator was working out of four but we were able to use the service elevators which was convenient. Overall, decent hotel for the price.

I went for the Buffalo Niagara Reptile Expo and the Adam's Mark is a beautiful and spacious location. Both times I have been there it was very clean and well maintained. It was a great experience.

The common areas of the hotel were very nice. Our room was pretty standard but it was clean and comfy. We stayed with a Groupon that included the breakfast buffet so we were able to have a nice meal the next morning. They had quite a variety of food, as well as a made-to-order station. The service was great and all the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Adam's Mark hotel has a great interior design that you just feel in love with. The room service here is great. They have an indoor pool which is great on days when you want to swim but it's raining. The beds are comfy and the service is great. I recommend choosing Adam's Mark!

At the Adams Mark for a convention. The convention area was large and clean. Had a buffet lunch which was very good. Went to the room of the friend and the room area could use some updating. The hotel could use a little refurbishment. Overall the Adams Mark was good enough for the reason I attended.

It's not a bad hotel, it's just lacking a lot of basic things. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room, which was a bit of a bummer. The staff was nice and helpful. The pool and fitness center are nice, the fitness center had more equipment than a typical hotel gym. The internet was quite fast. Overall, the room just felt quite dated and lacked things that are standard in other places.

Our waiter was cordial and prompt. Our food delicious. I had the 8" buffalo chicken pizza. The crust was crispy and flavorful. The chicken tender and tasty.

My group was holding a professional conference at the Adams Mark Hotel. In general everything went very well. The space fit the needs of our exhibitors and speakers. The staff was helpful. The rates were very reasonable. The food was okay, but nothing special.

I rode my bike 100 miles to get here. My wife and kids met me. We spent the night then went off to Niagara Falls. We stayed one night. The kids enjoyed the pool. The rooms were clean and what seemed to be updated. The floor we stayed on (5th) was quiet and clean. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The howl provided a nice hotel experience.

This was a surreal experience. To get to the hotel from the parking garage, you have to take an elevator to the third floor of the attached conference center, and then take an escalator down to the hotel lobby. The directions are very poor, and we wandered alone for about 15 minutes until we ran into what appeared to be construction, before doubling back to the elevator and then eventually finding our way to the escalators. Once in the room, only the heat worked (it was 70 degrees outside) and it wouldn't shut off. The room had what appeared to be a hastily added microwave/fridge combo and an armchair placed right inside the door and didn't really fit in the room as functional seating. The bathroom drains were chipped and rusty, and there was mildew growing on the caulking in the shower. Our room faced the highway, and the traffic is very loud; don't expect to get much sleep if you end up on that side. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, and your choices are continental or full plated meals for $11 and $15 respectively. The dining area has been renovated and is pleasant. We did not utilize the pool or fitness area, but they are available as well. If you can get a very low rate, and only need to spend one night, you could stay here; otherwise I would recommend finding accommodations elsewhere.

Had a great time at the Adam's Mark! My partner was quite ill on our second day in Buffalo, and the staff made sure we had ample towels and supplies to help him out. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself is central. WIFI also wasn't an issue at all in the room. Our floor had two vending machines (sodas and snacks), a microwave and coin laundry (which is amazing when you're playing nurse for your partner, or want to wash your swimsuit after a relaxing swim on the 3rd floor indoor pool).

90 Year Church Anniversary. 3rd Floor Banquet Room. Excellent food, Great Atmosphere! Service wasn't that good, our table was partially served and it took a long time for the others to receive their food, desserts, and coffee also. Even others servers complained because they took time from their tables to accommodate us. Approximately 260 people were there. Glad we didn't have to pay for parking.

We came for the Easter buffet and were very impressed with both the service and quality of food. Much better than when we were there a couple years ago.

This is a party hotel. You come here when there's a concert, game, bachelor party or like event. It is a bit run down. Staff is nice and helpful. Bar area is huge and has a weird sort of feel but I liked it. Location is excellent. Rooms are just OK. They are pretty basic. The important part is they are clean enough, just dated. I would never pay over 100 a night to stay here, but would stay again because of location next to the arena. I'd avoid this hotel if you have young kids, or put a premium on things being quiet. A drunk person will yell down the hallway late at night and wake you up. It's literally happened every time I have stayed here and to every person I've ever talked to who stayed here, which is funny but paints a picture.

Was here for a great social dancing event. The conference facility is set up great! Though the hotel restaurant closes a bit early for us to enjoy it after the event at night and there are no restaurants closeby

Good hotel room. Did not have a microwave, it turns out that's because we booked a "standard" room - I think a different type of room has microwaves, we've had them in the past at this hotel. Otherwise, good hotel.

Stayed over SaturdayJan 21 2017. The hotel is older and really showing it's age. The bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast, food was OK at dinner and good at breakfast buffet. We had the same waitress both sitting, she was lovely and efficient. BIG COMPLAINT there was a party...

Good location in downtown Buffalo and right by the highway. Rooms were clean and I was satisfied with my stay. Also, the prices were very competitive especially if you look online.

Excellent value. Good parking. Fantastic eatery. Bar area seperate from dining. Can order food at bar. Food excellent, service excellent. Very clean. Crowded because popular. Rooms are very nice with good views. Walls are a bit thin and noise easily can bother you feom other rooms or hallways.

My wife was taking the bar and we stayed for 3 nights. We had a king size bed which was really comfy. The rooms were nice the spacious nothing overly fancy, got it for a great price.

Detergent used for sheets left a rash on both my girlfriend and myself. Food wasn't bad. Room was right outside the i90 so sleeping was...minimal. Probably won't go back. The woman I spoke with at the front counter was helpful when we checked in.

valet crashed my car and the would not accept fault. police report filed but would not help in any way. i saty at 100+hilton locations a year for work. worst location of any in terms of helping customer.

Great location downtown. The lounge area is very cozy. You can usually get great rates online. Parking is an extra 10 dollars though.

This hotel is pretty good. The building is beautiful but the rooms leave a bit to be desired. But, it is good value as the price is pretty cheap!

Nice views

The hotel is outdated, yes. But it was still nice looking and did the job. The room door didn't close on its own, you had to pull it shut. The bed comfortable enough. There was a line to check in but it went fast. Everyone who worked there was nice and helpful. There was easy parking but we shouldn't have to pay extra for that. Breakfast was great, but they ran out of beverages. We got them quickly when asked for. Overall , good 1 night stay.
