Unfortunately, it was an extremely disheartening experience - consistent from check-in, to all the meals except one to housekeeping. When ITC charges this much, the service levels must also match up - Grand Bharat's was superficial at best, without any soul or substance.
While there were innumerable instances where they could have done much more, the one that left me quite dumbstruck was during the course of lunch. We had opted for a set menu, and 30 mins into the lunch, I hadn't received the second non-veg dish (i'm a hardcore non-vegetarian, so this was like half of my meal). It took 3 reminders to get my first serve. The second serve came after another 3 reminders - but this time it was only the gravy without any meat. When I asked the waiter how he was serving without any meat pieces, i was told it has melted into the gravy!
We had spent a fortune on the drinks + dinner the night before, with a similar experience. At this point, I asked if I could speak to the General Manager. After 2 reminders and 30 mins, the F&B Manager came up saying the GM was traveling. I asked who the second-in-command was, and there was no response.
GMs in other ITC properties (esp Jodhpur and Bangalore) always crave for customer feedback. And here we were 15 of us in 8 rooms, spending quite a bit on F&B, and the management couldn't care for our feedback.
I would never rate this property 5, maybe 4 if they were charging a fourth of what they do. Unfortunately for ITC, this stay has dented the ITC brand image in my mind and I will forever endorse an Oberoi or Taj (irrespective of the level of hotel in the chain) over any level at ITC (and especially their flagship Grand Bharat)!

There were activities arranged for all age groups from kids to the senior citizens . The pooja at the replicated ghats with prasaad served , the drawing sessions for kids , swimming, tambola and golf- all offered great opportunities for entertainment. The staff was very courteous and supportive . Tree plantation activity by kids has a lot to say about social concern or the institution . The approach road to the hotel needs to be improved for safe driving..
Though Its a new hotel its has a great future for years to come. thanks and all the best .

On the day we visited, good number of guests were there. The restaurant manger didn't have any clue as how to manage this number of guests. We were initially asked to wait outside restaurant for ten minutes but ultimately, it was more than an hour waiting time and we could get the food only around 4pm. Though staff tried to manage but they were helpless as there was no place to sit. Both manager and staff were helpful and courteous. Food quality was just OK, nothing special to mention.
