Went there for a professional event. Service personnel friendly and efficient. The signages were clear and it makes it easy to find the way to the Conference venue. Good variety of food items for tea break. However, the main course of chicken for lunch is not up to expectations. It was too well cooked and dry.

Great hotel. Staff was wonderful. Received free room upgrade. Pool was giant and relaxing. Also had a great gym. Hotel is right on top of a metro station. We did not try the hotel food, but surrounding hotel are fantastic Indian restaurants. Overall highly recommend the hotel!

Excellent hotel with great service. The swimming pool is very nice if you manage to get a sunbed in the pool. The location of the hotel is okay but not the best. Close to little India, but the rest is rather far away, luckily there is a metro station just around the corner.

Stayed at the loft suites for two nights. Rooms were amazing; modern fittings with artistic touches. Having the hotel situated next to a MRT is a huge plus, which allows for easy access around Singapore. Staff were sincere and friendly with room service being wonderful as well. The facilities provided by the hotels are amazing as well, from the fitness center to the pool. Would definitely recommend a stay there, for the price and value offered.....

This is a huge hotel with all facilities. You will love their large pool and the environment. Rooms are spacious and if you get top floors you will be lucky to see Singapore panaromic view. Foods are special and very tasty. I always prefer to keep my brother's full family here when they come to visit us in every year and we enjoyed a lot.

It just was perfect. We had a warm welcome from NoorAzly Mohamed Ali. Even when the airline lost our luggage, he could make us smile again. He was very respectful and accommodating.
The room was very nice and clean. Just the sewage pipes were a little bit loud, but it was ok.
The hotel is in the district "Little India" and had a good connection to the underground.

The staff in the executive lounge are amazing. Rooms are large. Huge empty swimming pool for lap swimming. Amazing value compared to anything else in Singapore.

AMAZING! For the price I was astonished at how awesome amenities were! Pool/Spa of you can stand to miss a day in this great city, great room service for when you wake up at 8:30 PM hungry and jet lagged. Maybe 10 steps from the MRT.

Staff are super nice. They greet u everytime u see them and engages in small talk. Rooms are awesome, luxurious yet cozy, good balance of both. Amenities are great too. Breakfast is arguably the best part though. Would recommend to everyone.

First off, the location is great, close to train station. Stayed there last January for couple nights at skyline with lounge access and the service was superb. Room was immaculately clean, nice selection of pillows, and complimentary snacks. Fahdel and Malek at the lounge was very welcoming and friendly. The service was personalized and even helped me set up a birthday surprise. The restaurant at the ground floor has more selection of food from Indian, Western and Chinese, but it could get pretty crowded during breakfast. Poolside bar at the lower floor was chill and serves good cocktails. Indoor jacuzzi was quite relaxing.

They have great breakfast spread with Indian, Chinese, American, fresh fruits, pancake, waffles etc. Their desserts in breakfast are too good. Plus they also serve different mil shakes.
They have very large swimming pool on rooftop with a great surrounding view specially at night.
They have High tech rooms. Curtains, sheer and lightening is remote controlled. Sleep quality was good and bed was large size.
Another great part was free daily refill of mini bar (soft drink cans, chips, peanuts etc).
Room cleaning was good. Enough towels provided along with toiletries like toothbrush, shaver, toothpaste etc.
Location is also great close to Little India so you can go around for shopping and great dining.

Buffet spread/selection wasn't impressive for the price. And freshness of the seafood also leaves you wanting, once again, especially for the price. For other cooked dishes, the meats used were of pretty low quality. Saving grace was the coffee they served, which was decent. But still, wouldn't recommend & wouldn't return.

Wonderful and very modern hotel. Exceptional staff always very friendly and willing to help. Rooms are very clean, comfortable bed with a beautiful view. Your room is service twice a day. The pool terrace is also very nice and food delicious. Overall our stay was great and will return again.

Best hotel I've stayed in so far. Great amenities, super clean hotel; smells and looks clean, perfect ambience, complete basic toiletries and bathroom necessities, unlimited complimentary water, great selection of complimentary Illy coffee and TWG tea -which they replenish daily + all mini bar items are free and replenished daily too! Friendly staff, super comfy bed, and they even have a complimentary pillow menu.
Not to mention floors 18, 19 and 20 have their exclusive lap pool and 24/7 gym. Above all, TOP OF CLASS SERVICE. I highly recommend!

Location is very close to Farrer Park MRT so only a couple of stops away from the centre. Also walking distance to great food in Little India. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Service is excellent. Can't really fault the hotel

Good that I loved most of the items here. Went with my office mates. It is the place for good food eaters. Lots of varieties seafood, chicken, lots verity of breads, flavoured rice, desserts, sushi.

This Hotel was amazing when we stayed there during the end of December 2017. All staff were amazing starting with front desk and especially to the person who helped made our room. The pool was also amazing!

Nice hotel overall. They gave us an upgrade to the 20th floor which was quite nice and the view in the room was amazing. Downsides are no windows that could be opened and the breakfast which was far below standard.

Loved the rooms despite it being small. Super clean well equipped and nicely designed rooms with great views. Cool Japanese-y robes. Lobby and entrance has little character and feels like entering an office building. The nicer pool and restaurant is for club level access only so that was a bummer as we tried to enter given that it’s on our floor. Next to a hospital so location is meh, but the mall across the street has lots of good food options.

Buffet restaurant is good. Attentive to small details such as cutlery which are of good quality. I enjoyed my dinner there. Location is good. Though place seems rather quiet. Perhaps it is near to Little India, so general impression must be Indian food everywhere there.

Visited the spa and this was one of the better experiences since my regular therapist left them. The therapist I had that day was attentive and responsive to my body changes. Like how when a repeated pressure on the same location would have hurt, she would feel the tension then ease off on the pressure. I particularly enjoyed the fact that the treatment bed could be warmed upon request.

The hotel seems to be relatively new and the entrance area looks very modern and nice. The breakfast was very large and delicious. The place is really close to the underground train. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud and sounded like a plane taking off which kept me and my friend up many times. The light that is under the reading lamp was really annoying as it turned on every time someone got up to use the washroom.

Superb Hotel, great view, well situated great service. We liked the spacious room with great view, very large bed and very clean. The towels and the water bottles were changed more than once a day even if it was not really necessary. The breakfast was decent with lots of things to choose from. The swimming pool was clean and had a great view. We would definetly come back here again. There is a subway station very close and a shopping mall nearby.

I loved this hotel! The rooms are incredibly clean and have everything that a weary traveller could need. Easily accessible location with the metro close by, and great rooftop bar with pool. One farrer hotel and spa is one of the top 25 hotels in Singapore according to trip advisor. The spa lives up to it's reputation. A variety of massages are offered by highly courteous staff. They also have a Jacuzzi, spa pools, Olympic size swimming pool, steam bath and sauna facilities available. Only drawback though is that the spa pools are not couple friendly with male and female sections separate.

Great location just less than 100m to MRT, near Mustafa shopping center which open 24/7.
Room is very comfy and high technology you can control everything just in your bed and use remote control

Went for a wedding dinner at the hotel. Was impressed by the deco. This is also the first sit down dinner where the entire dinner course was apportioned and served individually. Logistical nightmare but the banquet crew pulled it off. This left the guest with lots of time to catch up.

Quiant place with a wonderful bar and restaurant. My wife had a fantastic dinner with free flow of wine before I arrived with another friend to join them for drinks. My friend commented on the delightful atmosphere as we were served by friendly staffs. Great job and keep it up! Will be back for more!

Had International buffet (dinner) at their Escape Restaurant with family. Very convenient location. Ambient is great. We can see live cooking by the chefs. The buffet spread is fantastics. Highly recommended for seafood lover. Kids like the deserts. Staffs are friendly and prompt in service. Overall, i think it is worthwhile and will definately return.

Just perfect. New, fresh, great modern interior and design. Art everywhere. Amazing breakfast. Complimentary soft drinks and drinking water. Only downside is that they for some reason have strong perfume in the lobby. 100 meters to the Farrer MRT stop. Taxi costs around S$25 from Changi airport.

Very helpful and friendly staff members. Nothing is too much trouble..... The facilities available in this hotel is amazing..... The restaurant on the ground floor is great too, with delicious food available...... I was very surprised at the high standard of the room that i had ....... I was on 18th floor.... wow what a fantastic view, you could see right out to the bay and wonderful to see the ships there too . also about half of the Singapore Flyer ...... Close to a shopping centre and transport or if you feel like walking, not that far..... I walked to places, only used a taxi when I was running late for an appointment.... otherwised walked everywhere ... and I am 70 .... great way of seeing this beautiful place .

The creative use of space within the hotel premises has help me to appreciate different sensory experiences...It's really quite a treat having a resort-like pool, a farm, modern art pieces and even an outdoor sheltered canopy area for any important events.

Worst check-in ever. Did not feel welcome. Receptionist was insanly annoying. The pre-charge the credit card for room service and then cancel the deposit after checkout. Weird policy! The pool ist beautiful. Rooms are nice. It's too expensive for what they offer. They claim to be world class, but it's not living up to its standards. Good overall experience, minus one star for the reception, minus one star because of the price tag.

Excellent service, clean room and nice urban view. The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, it included many different cuisines with great tastes. They even had a icecreammachine. We will go back to this hotel if we visit Singapore again.

A fairly new hotel, which is starting to feel a little run down already. The hotel is also located fairly close to an MRT station which is very handy. Unfortunately the elevators regularly fail to register the swipe cards and in our experience the rooms were not very clean. We had torn and dirty bed sheets and a very smelly bathroom upon our arrival. Their main redeeming factor was the manager on duty who profusely apologised and did his utmost to rectify the situation by getting the room re-cleaned for us. Clean rooms should be standard practice for a 5 star hotel, or any other hotel for that matter. All in all, I would still return.

Big advantage is that MRT station is around the corner from where you can go everywhere in Singapore within a few minutes.

I really liked my stay here - very fresh setup, very helpful staff, and very cultural surroundings (being around little india). Rooms are clean, sufficiently big, and very well thought out of. Even the hotel banquet area and event space is very big and comfortable. One thing though - the doors are a little thin for my liking, and you can hear through it very easily. That's my only only booboo of the rooms and space here.

Came here for lunch with my daughter. Good Buffet spread, quality and taste equally good. Asian, local with pasta cooking station with a sashimi counter.My daughter loves the dessert spread. Decent choices of cakes, fondue, ice cream.
Service was excellent, 10mins after buffet closing, I requested for a change of coffee as mine had turned cold. Staff obliged with a smile!

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at One Farrer Hotel and Spa. The hotel is modern and clean with spacious rooms. My bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the rain shower in the bathroom. All the amenities you'd expect in a luxury hotel we present. I even enjoyed the complimentary chips, peanuts, gummy bears and Cokes but my favorite was the breakfast in the morning. So many choices and excellent quality.

Top hotel for price, luxury and convenience. Definitely check out Jinkazaya Sake Bar and Grill in the same building for amazing food and atmosphere!

Rooms are amazing. Bathrobe, sleepers, toiletries, emergency sewing kit etc everything needed is provided. But check-in time is delayed.. Good breakfast options are available but no names are provided, so its difficult to distinguish between veg and nonveg food items.
