Rainforest Alliance Verification evaluates and improves businesses' commitment to sustainability, measuring their progress and helping to prepare them to become certified. The service at Rosewood is as good as it gets. The staff are sincere and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and expansive. The spa was incredible and the gym is the best I have ever seen in a hotel. There were plenty of free weights. This is not a hotel for the budget minded.

Have been here twice and it is one of the best resorts I've been to period! Customer service, the grounds, the food, everything is 5 star. We even requested the same butler because she was so good! I hope to go back soon!

Holy wow! I've been to about 20 upscale resorts, and this place is easily the nicest hotel I've ever seen. The three things that impressed me the most were the boat ride to my room, the outdoor shower, and having my own personal Butler.
Moments after I accidentally left my passport at the front desk, I thought, "I'm not going to worry because I know they will take care of me." Sure enough they located my luggage and passport before I even contacted them. Incredible service, beautiful resort, delicious food, unforgettable experience!!

The facilities are clean and first class in quality. Location is wonderful. Food is consistently remarkable. The hospitality and friendly nature of the people put it in a class all by itself. One of the nicest resorts I have ever visited.

This place was top notch! The food, the room, the property and the service were all excellent. Really the service impressed us most. Everyone from the maids to the sailboat rental guys were all just so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return without question! They could use to pave the private access road, but that’s my only negative. Great place!

This really is an amazing hotel in every way. Absolutely every detail was taken care of to perfection. The service was exceptional. The managing director, Daniel Scott was friendly and present and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was great, Chef Enrique and Pastry Chef Fidel were extremely accommodating on every request. Our butlers Giselle and Daniel went above and beyond to make my four year comfortable and entertained. It was one of our best vacations. Already planning for the next visit.
